Designer By Your Side Consultation

Projects of any size can be overwhelming! Think about Cori as your "Designer Guardian Angel" - helping you make wise choices while avoiding costly mistakes. Our "Designer By Your Side" services provide you with Cori's expert eyes, guidance and advice on your project for up to 10 hours to be used as you need! This is the most flexible of all of our design packages and can encompass everything from helping you rearrange your own furniture at home to making those materials selections for your upcoming remodel project. We are here to help make the process easier! You can schedule an appointment to use all hours at once to accomplish a specific goal, or we can consult on an as-needed basis.
Before you can schedule the Designer By Your Side Consultation Package, you must complete the "Aha! Moment Discovery Call".

How to Prepare for the Designer By Your Side Consultation:

1. Purchase this package.
2. Review the Designer By Your Side Welcome Packet in the Files & Media tab.
3. Gather some inspiration images / project documents / measurements / questions for you and Cori to review together.
4. Fill out the Appointment Request Form in the Questionnaires tab.
5. Get excited!! We are looking forward to meeting you in-person and getting to know the space(s) we will be working on together!

What to Expect from Our Designer By Your Side Consultation Package:

Professional help, when you need it most! From recommendations on your floor plans to sourcing your final selections and finishes, Cori will assist you in achieving a cohesive look and design. Here are a few examples of what Cori will provide during your time together:

• Floor plan and layout ideas
• Guidance for kitchen and bath design
• Sourcing and selection of finishes and furnishings
• Ordering samples for presentation purposes
• Specifying paint colors
• In-person and phone conversations, messaging within the Client Portal, and emails
• Liaising and meeting with trades and vendors
• Reviewing quotes and estimates
• On-site appointments and walk-throughs
• You will receive a recap of our time together including the materials and finishes we have selected, if applicable.
• You are responsible for specifying and confirming needed square footage amounts, measurements, etc. for materials selected.

Services are billed in half hour time blocks. Pricing starts at $1995 for 10 hours. Additional hours, if needed, will be billed at an hourly rate of $225.
